Do you recruit on the Gold Coast, or only from Brisbane?
The Gold Coast is one of our main markets, and we spend real time there, working from our desk on the coast. We meet founders, hiring managers and candidates in person, not just on video calls.
Our office at 40 Edward Street in Brisbane is our base, and our networks cover South East Queensland and the rest of Australia, which helps when the right person is not on the coast yet.
What kinds of Gold Coast technology companies do you work with?
Mostly small technology companies. Some are well established and happy to stay that way; others are ambitious startups with big plans, built by people who chose to live near the ocean.
We have a strong connection with the Gold Coast startup community, from early-stage and funded startups to scale-ups. We have worked with startups from their first hires through to the founders' exit, after the business was sold to a global player, so we know how hiring changes at each stage.
Which technology roles do you recruit for on the Gold Coast?
Software engineers across front end and back end, DevOps and cloud engineers, data and AI specialists, product managers, UX and UI designers and technical leads, through to CTO and Head of Engineering.
We fill permanent roles, supply contractors as a licensed Queensland labour hire provider, and run executive searches for senior technology leaders.
